My name is Iri Paul Bilfam, and I am from Lekuangole County in the Greater Pibor Administrative Area (GPAA). I am applying for the PADOC scholarship due to my family's financial constraints, which have hindered my pursuit of higher education. I am the sole sibling to have completed high school. As the offspring of pastoralists, my parents lack the means to support my education. I have been enrolled in the College of Community Studies and Urban and Rural Planning and Development at the University of Juba for the past 2 years and have consistently performed well. I have always aspired to secure the PASS scholarship, and I am eager to realize my ambitions and contribute to the betterment of my family and country.
